Department of Integrative Biology and Biodiversity Research
The Department of Integrative Biology and Biodiversity Research wants to be a platform for (1) a synoptic view of biology, ecology and mathematics, fostering integration among these sciences; (2) scientific contributions dealing with the conservation of nature and natural resources, the shaping of the natural environment and man-made landscape; (3) research projects pertaining to this overall program, in pure as well as in applied sciences; (4) the presentation, in academic courses and in the public, of the subjects and concerns involved.
